The flowers were beautiful, but far too expensive for the value. The guaranteed before-noon delivery did not occur, but customer service refunded that charge.
Quick and easy order process, unfortunately, the flowers which were delivered to the funeral home were not as pictured, not the bouquet I ordered, which was to be all shades of purple (her and my favorite color). The roses were bright red. Very disappointing!

Handling fee was a nasty surprise, this should be listed much earlier in the process, that is all, i am not saying i would not have ordered knowing, but i like very clear transactions with all additional feees listed

On May 21,2015 my wife ordered flowers from From You Flowers for the first time. She used our only credit card, that we have had for 24 years. Prior to placing this order we had not used the card for anything on the internet or by telephone for a long time. After ordering the flowers, on the same day, someone used my credit card to make a $465.00 internet purchase via Pay Pal. Most people use their credit cards so often that they are unable to pin point where their problem came from. There is no doubt that my order for flowers from From You Flowers compromised my credit card as they were the only one who had been given our credit card info and security code. I had to cancel the card that I have had for 24 years and now must also change my credit card info for all of the businesses that have protected my identity all these years. Forget the bad customer service with this company, they have much worse problems. I intend to contact them and see what they intend to do to find this employee. I will make a follow up comment when and if they do any follow up to find this low life mutt.
I was a first time customer and didn't know of all the fees and thought they should be posted earlier because i had to make more than one transfer but it was explain why they do it that way with an email

The flowers were in a wicker basket instead of the nice metal planter. I would have preferred that the arrangement was closer to the picture. This was sent to a church for a funeral and if I had not attended I would not have seen the arrangement. If a substitution was necessary I would have liked to have been asked for my approval. In the future an accurate picture of the product would be appreciated. I did like the arrangement and the special touch of a butterfly, but it was important to me to be sure it was appropriate for the service and what it represented. I was satisfied with the product but will be concerned about future purchases.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
