I was VERY unhappy to have paid extra for same day delivery, just for it to be delayed another 24 hours. I was told by Alissa in customer service that the $12 would be refunded to me. A few days later, I receive an email saying the $12 has been credited to my account. That's $12 I lost because I will never order from you again. I might as well deliver the flowers myself. I was very unhappy with this service. The flowers were okay, but only lasted two days. Please don't contact me again, unless you're refunding me $12.

The arrangement shown must have been the deluxe arrangement. Th one tat was sent was very puny. I was embarrassed that was what my daughter received.
Flowers were supposed to be at the location by 12:00 noon. I paid extra for that and when I called, they said they'd refund me for that. NEVER DID. Therefore, I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Totally disappointed with the entire service.
