Hidden service fees, not so great
This was birthday gift to my daughter...she confirmed receiving the flower arrangement in the timely manner and emailed me a picture of it...the colors were very pretty, light and Spring like but looked a little over powering for the size base - which was not very attractive. Perhaps a lighter color style or glass would have enhanced the arrangement. My daughter was pleased with the beautiful colors.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
