If your going to charge a early fee, I feel it should have got here around 8-9:00 not 11:30. The guy was very nice but i don't agree with the charge at all.
Everything was fine...the flowers were fresh and beautiful and the basket was pretty.
When I received the order, it looked nothing like the photo on line. I could have gotten better flowers out of my own garden. The arrangement look as if it was thrown together with no care or concern. I contact the florist directly, she said that she knew the arrangement look bad but there was nothing she could do, I should contact you. I paid over $70 dollars for the flowers and I think they worth $10. I was disappointed and embarrassed, they were gift were for my Anniversary. I have never been more disappointed.
