My friend really appreciated a message left on her phone that there was a delivery left at the front door because they were out and they come in thru the garage so they may not have seen them for days! Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
