I did think the delivery charge was too high. I chose this store for same city as delivery for store convience. Other than that, was very happy.
I placed an order for a "premium" basket of junk food but when the recipient received the order he sent me a picture and it was TERRIBLE! Hardly anything but a few bags of snack chips for $90.00! On top of that there were no balloons (I had ordered 1 helium and 2 latex) and no extra box of chocolates that I ordered separately for an additional $15.00! It was awful! I call customer service and the kind man took care of placing another order with a different shop and it was delivered with Happy Birthday balloons. It was actually supposed to be Get Well balloons but they apparently came back with Get Well balloons. The basket looked great from the picture. Started out to be a nightmare but all ended ok.

These flowers were sent to my sister-in-law for her birthday. They were beautiful (she texted us a picture) and she was very pleased with them.
They were also delivered in a timely fashion.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
