The delivery person could not find the house that the flowers were to be delivered too. I chose the flowers to be deliveres to my sister-in-law on june 1st but they didn't receive the flowersuntil june 2nd.

Flowers were beautiful
I ordered and paid for same day delivery. They called me late in the afternoon and said they couldn't deliver anymore for same day delivery, and would upgrade my flowers to the larger size to make up for it. It was too late in the day to order same day delivery from any other company at that point - I wish they called me earlier to let me know. I asked them to deliver them the next day then as soon as possible. They delivered them the next day close to 4:30 in the afternoon - and the flowers delivered were not the nicer package, they were pretty, but small. I was satisfied with the price and inital shopping experience, but dissapointed that they promised same day delivery for someone I wanted to send flowers to that day, and they could not deliver, sent the flowers extremely late the next day and they were not upgraded as promised. I would have rathered ordered from a company and paid more, and have them deliverd on the same day as was the initial deal.
