I had paid for a 'before noon' delivery for a fruit and plant basket. Delivery was to be on a Sunday when most florists are not open. I was called Sunday morning to let me know they could not fill the exact order due to the plant shown in the picture not being available until Monday. My priority was a Sunday delivery and asked them to fill the order with another plant that was available. My sister-in-law called from Pennsylvania a couple hours later to say thanks for the lovely basket. I am in California and was very pleased by the professional way that the issue was handled by fromyouflowers.com and the local florist. I will definitely use them for all my future floral deliveries.
It was a quick and easy experience. I loved every bit of it and if my girlfriend loves it tomorrow for her birthday i will forever use this floral service. Thank you so much

Consistently a beautiful arrangement at a competitive price delivered when promised.
I am satisfied with the shopping experience, but the item ordered was a gift, so I did not personally receive it. My daughter confirmed that it arrived on schedule on Sunday, June 7, and she thought they were very nice. I only saw a small photo on her iPhone, and it looked quite different from the selection I picked out online, but nice enough--she liked them.

Flowers were delivered to the location at 4:20pm but recipient had to ask staff to search for them. She received them at 8:30pm. That was a concern. If I hadn't called to ask she may have waited much longer.
I thought the total cost would be27.99, and when the last screen appeared, there was a shipping/handling fee. This should be stated at the beginning of the ordering process. Also, I thought the flowers would be delivered the day ordered as the "same day" delivery indicated. The question came up for delivery dates and that was for the next day. This wasn't a "big deal" but I had hoped to have the bouquet delivered on the same day ordered.

My daughter loved the balloons and candy. The price was great and the product exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend to family and friends.
They looked horrible and looked nothing like what I ordered, nothing! Even worse was that Iit was a gift on a very special occasion.
I browsed the prices and then was surprisingly hit was a15 "processing" fee on the final check-out page!

Everything went well. It was sent to a relative I assume it was as lovely as expected.
My overall experience was a 10. Customer service contacted me because an Item I ordered was not allowed in this particular hospital, latex ballons, so they asked if it was ok to substitute & very pleasant people in customer service and their products are high quality. I will shop with them again.

When looking on line at the picture and hearing from the recipient how many roses were in the bouquet I'm disappointed. She said there were only six roses, the picture showed a lot more!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
