I ordered a square vase arrangement and got a round vase, the square was why I picked that arrangement was not happy with that.
The selection of flowers is very comprehensive and the online ordering process itself is very good. Unfortunately, the delivery service was not to the same high standard. My order was delivered one day late despite me ordering well before the deadline and paying the additional fee for same day delivery.
Customer service was efficient and fast in ensuring the delivery was eventually made and informing me of its status.

I was really pleased when fromyouflowers customer service called to report they were not able to fill my order the day it was ordered and asked if it would be OK to fill the order the following day. Things happen, supplies are used up, and most of the time, none of us is first in line! Fromyouflowers offered to fill the order the following day and would that be OK? It was and I am happy to report the recipient of the flowers was delighted with them (she had no reason to know that they were going to be delivered the day before). I have always had excellent service from FromYouFlowers and comparing prices and displays with FTD, I will be a loyal customer of FromYouFlowers for a long time!
