I was not at all happy with your service. I ordered a plant. Your agent called the day that it was to be delivered and told me they were out of the type plants I had requested and said they would be substituting something similar. Because I needed it that same day I gave my permission to substitute a similar plant. Instead of the purple flowered plant I selected/ordered you sent a small bouquet of a variety of flowers...none of them purple. Not at all what I was expecting.
The flowers were beautiful. The extra fees were added at check out. The price was deceiving at order. I would rather see price including fees and handling from the beginning. My order would have been the same. Also, could not order different types of Mylar balloons. This was birthday and graduation.

I have paid extra for this order to be delivered before 12pm guaranteed! The flowers were delivered at 6.45 pm and four hours after phone call was made to confirm the recipients would be at home!
I'm extremely disappointed and it's awful I kept birthday lady in her home all day waiting for the delivery that was supposed to be in the morning! This is unacceptable service and I expect refund of the fees I paid for the expedited delivery!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
