I really like the ability to add balloons and types of balloons, change up the order a bit and pay by additional item. My recipient sent me a photo and the delivered item looks very good, and they didn't have to assemble it themselves which is even better. Thank you!

For some reason there were two different cities and states listed on my order, so the florist did not accept it. I would have appreciated been contacted to verify the correct address...to make it worse, the florist was 3 blocks away from the hospital delivery address...they couldn't verify that when the Hospital name and address was listed?
These flowers were delivered to a 9 yr old little girl undergoing a nasty surgical procedure. The flowers, bear and knowing someone was thinking about her helped her with her pain. Its great to know someone thinking of you can have such healing power.
I was disappointed to see the $14.99 service/handling charge so late in the ordering process.
Flowers were very pretty
I received a photo of the arrangement and it was nice but again not as it looked on the website. Again flowers and plants are not cheap so you want to make sure you get something very similar than what is seen online. All in all the plant was okay and I think the recipient was pleased.
The arrangement that was delivered didn't look too much like what I ordered.
