Every year I send my aunt a flower arrangement for her birthday, and for the past few years, this has become an annual ritual of headache and customer service nightmares with other companies. I found "fromyouflowers" via American Express and thought "why not", figuring it couldn't be worse. My aunt received her flowers ON TIME for her birthday and absolutely raved about them. Very pleased and will definitely be shopping with "fromyouflowers" again!

The flowers were delivered a day early and not when they were requested to be. Because they arrived a day early when the person was not going to be at home, they sat out in the heat all day.
