I really needed delivery yesterday, June 8th, and picked an arrangement that said "Same Day Delivery", but for some reason the flowers couldn't be delivered to my daughter-in-law until today. Please don't advertise same day delivery if you can't, well, deliver. Otherwise, I'm quite pleased. The flowers were delivered today, and she just loves them - says they're beautiful.

It was very strange that the person who received my order actually received the order twice and when it was discovered, they came and took one back...doesn't really sound like good customer service since it was their mistake.
I ordered these for a family friend. The Roses were an exceptional value and were delivered in a very timely manner. Our friend was surprised and so happy as she had never received two dozen roses before, ever. She tells me the flowers were American Beauty, absolutely gorgeous and she arranged them in the beautiful red vase that accompanied the flowers. I have ordered before from your service and have always had rave reviews from the recipients, although I have never personally seen the delivered products. Please keep up the great work and the special values for your customers. I would love to see a smaller delivery charge, however, it is still a good value for the overall purchase. Thank you!
