I was very pleased with the selection of flowers and plants and the prompt delivery.
I purchased a premium arrangement for my grandmother's birthday and what she received looked nothing like what I ordered! I feel like the amount I paid did not match up to the arrangement that was delivered. Delivery time was great but I do not intend to order from this site again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Flowers and delivery time were fine, I did have an unpleasant exchange with the delivery person as they had a hard time finding the exact location. I unfortunately was not much help as I had never been to their home. I did not want the surprise to be ruined, therefore that is why I gave my number. I did try to get additional information but was not able to contact the person. The delivery person was able to locate it and I appreciate that but I did not think calling me back to complain to me was inappropriate.
I have delivered flowers myself and if all attempts to locate the right recipient fail, then I think the arrangement should have been returned to the floral shop and give the sender options as to what they want to do.
Ordering was easy. The delivery person called me when he couldn't deliver the flowers to the floor in the office building in Manhattan where my daughter works. I was able to call her and she came downstairs and got them. The whole transaction was effortless and we were very pleased with the flowers. It made for a very happy birthday surprise for her. I would use this company again.
After receiving the notice that the fruit basket was delivered I tried to confirm that It went to Nancy (not to me as the notice said) and could NOT find an order number so I waited for Nancy to call men and she did so I was relieved that it did find her. She said it was very nice!
