My online shopping experience was good but my problem is with the actual product. I ordered a photo vase but what I got was glass vase with a picture on a piece of paper inside the vase that got wet when the recipient put the water into the vase. Now the picture is going to get ruin. What a waste of money. On the good note the roses are beautiful just very disappointed with the photo. It should at least been on card stock paper and laminated to keep from the water from ruining the picture. This is a rip off being that I order a lot of flowers and other stuff from this company, I expected better service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
