The bouquet was really shabby and looked thrown together. If I wanted that, I would grab something at the grocery store because that was the caliber of what was received. I was disappointed in the quality but I guess you get what you pay for. Other sites are more expense but the bouquets have been high quality.

The item I purchased did not look like the item delivered. The pictured item was all flowers with no green leaves and with colorful ribbons. The item delivered had lots of green leaves, much fewer flowers and no ribbons. Customer service sent me a gift certificate for a future purchase after I contacted them.

I had a very pleasant experience, the ordering process was easy. Variety of selections. There was an issue with the delivery, but the customer service assisted me right away and rectified the problem. They were very accommodating and for that I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

So far, pretty good. I upgraded and the picture didn't change. I would have liked to see something so it felt like I got more bang for my extra buck. There was a delivery problem, they contacted me, refunded the payment for same day delivery and delivered promptly following day.

The flowers I ordered were the premium package (nearly $100 total bill) and the picture that was sent to me from the person who received them certainly did not appear to be premium - maybe moderate but certainly not premium. The ceramic dish the arrangement was in was supposed to be an "ABC" baby block and it was a bootie - it is okay but I was not informed that the dish would be selected for me or that is could possible be different from the photo. The teddy bear was poor quality. I was terribly disappointed overall. It is not likely that I will order from here again given these circumstances.

The flowers I ordered where not the same as the one delivered. Customer service was great to return 50% of the item and a $20 gift card. I understood the company they used did not have the flowers but it would've been nice to have known.
