The product and the service is generally always TOP NOTCH! However, the only issue this time is that I did NOT receive an "order confirmation" via email. I depend on receiving those as backup documentation for our business credit purchases. I called the customer service department about this glitch and was told that I would be receiving the confirmation; however, it never showed up in my e-mail. For the record, my e-mail address is *******@twinriversusd.org.
Do not use for same day delivery. I was very disappointed. I ordered Saturday AM for same day they did not receive the flowers until Monday night 2 days after the event, so sad.
I've had previous issues with ordering flowers. Ive ordered sympathy flowers before and what was delivered was completely different than what i ordered.
Easy,The lady I sent the flowers to, she sent me a picture, but they did not even look like the ones I chose, that concerned me a little, they looked nothing like the picture on your web site.

"Great prices! Very straight forward site." is what I typed upon ordering. Now I see why they are such great prices. I understand substitutions but complete omission?! A flower type AND the vase decoration was left out. The flowers that did make it into the vase were not even "arranged". My mother recieved a bland, 99 cent, Dollar Tree vase with some grocery store flowers plopped it in for her birthday. Very disapointed at the moment.
