My flower order was sent to another state to the funeral home for the viewing of my cousin. After confirming with another cousin that the flowers were delivered and being advised they are beautiful, I have changed all my ratings to 5 stars. Should the need arise to order flowers online in the future, I will definitely come back to your site!

When I called Customer Service, the phone was immediately picked up by a wonderful person named Christopher who was easily one of the most polite & professional people I've EVER come in contact with. I've worked in management in the Service industry and was completely blown away by the level of service I received from him! I can only pray that he receives the accolades he so richly deserves! This was the perfect choice for a sympathy arrangement. The recipient really appreciated it. It exceeded my expectations ie the arrangement looked even better in my person than in the pic shown on site.
The flowers I picked came in a little whisky barrel type vase. The flowers I got had a different vase. I picked them for the vase it came in. They were in memory of my grandma and she always had those planters.I was disappointed.

I went to the funeral home tonight and honestly the arrangement was not nearly as large as I thought it would be.
I ordered flowers online to send to the funeral service of my only brother. I ordered early enough for same day delivery and paid extra for the same day service. When I got to the visitation at the funeral home that night I looked for the flowers I had ordered but they weren't there. I called FlowersFromYou customer service and was told they were sorry, etc. They offered a $20 gift certificate which I said I didn't care about... just please get the flowers delivered before the 2:30 PM funeral the following day. I was assured they would. Lo and behold, no flowers were delivered the next day either. No flowers for my brother's funeral! When I got home after my brother's funeral I saw an email from this clown-company apologizing that they didn't have a florist who could deliver that day but they would deliver to the family residence the next day (two days after their guaranteed "same day delivery". Funeral over! No thanks! I am disgusted with this horrible excuse for a floral company. They can never erase the pain and embarrassment they caused me and my family. I hope they go out of business. Avoid them or prepare to be disappointed!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
