The delivery person left it with a neighbor buisness. I was extremely upset that they did that. If i wanted the neighbor buisness to get the flowers i would have put their address on instead. Or maybe next time ill have the neighbor buisness buy flowers for me and save me on delivery costs.
It took away the excitement of getting flowers. Instead she picked it up from a neighbor buisness that they dont get along with. Completely awkward! Customer service sent us a gift card. So i guess we might try again.

The arrangement was beautiful. However the delivery person left them on the front step in 91 degree heat. Several of the roses were starting to droop and lost a few pedals. I found them when I visited the person receiving them. She was home all day. She did not sign for or know of them. Other than that I was pleased.

Unfortunately not a flowers problem just a communication issue. But because the flowers were shipped direct from grower in a box, for a building delivery UPS delivers to the shipping dock at back (large company) but they were expected at front in reception, where flowers are normally received. This was a bit of a hiccup but the excellent trace and receipt signature information provided the solution.
Did not receive by noon as advertised. The delivery was almost missed as she was discharged as the flowers arrived.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
