Flowers were pretty however not like the bouquet I picked out
The florist was so caring that she called to be sure that someone was home, so that the flowers would not sit out on the porch in the cold once they were delivered.
The bouquet came in excellent shape but was smaller than the upgrade I paid for.
It was quick and easy. I was able to apply the discount right away without having to look to move phone for a code!

We have spent $500 dollars in the past year on flowers to a number of family and never had any failures. But this is a big one. In the future, we won't be using you anymore. We grade you F on this order. We are done with Fromyouflowers! In the future you might show your customers some respect and tell then when you can't fulfill an order.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. When the flowers arrived from the pictures she sent they did not look good. The flowers were wilted and droopy. I called customer service to see if they could replace the flowers since they are almost completely dead 2 days later. I only wanted them to send her a new bouquet due to the COVID 19 quarantine and her being elderly and locked inside. They gave me a 30% discount which is not what I wanted. All I wanted to do was put a smile on my moms face. I will never again use your service again. It's not what you say but what you do especially in times like this.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
