Needed better info on delivery time. Wanted to be able to tell the recipient when they needed to be home to receive it. I contacted the online chat but they only told me how late it might be delivered when I asked how to contact the local florist.
The florist didn't have all the purple flowers for my order but replaced them with red roses which made the flowers much more expensive looking than what I paid. My grandma loved it so much

I am totally disappointed with my order. I did not receive the bouquet I ordered. I don't think what I paid was worth what I received. I spoke to a representative yesterday and was given a 30% discount off the price and I'm not happy with that either. I will never use your service again and will surely not recommend your site to anyone else. This was my wife's 50th birthday and I received a dismal bunch of flowers.
Easy peasy! However I am not complaining but they delivered the flowers a day early. Now if I needed them for a particular day this would have upset me. But all around good company.
Frankly--in my opinion, a little pricey for the zip code I choose (should indicate that before I start my order).
The flowers were not at all what I ordered. The main color I wanted was blue--I got pink. I got my three balloons. (All the same color despite what I ordered--multi-colored). So...these concerns in combination with the price means my experience was disappointing.

Next time would like a tracking number from the vendor. I did not get once since i paid with amazon pay.
Very disappointed in the flowers. I wanted my brothers family to have a living arrangement that would last for them to be able to reflect and remember their loved one. They ended up getting flowers that will perish. There was no discounted price for the different one that was sent.

This bouquet was for a friend whose mother passed from CVID-19. So it was especially important that the bouquet be beautiful. According to the recipient...it was. I thank you for that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
