At first was a little disappointed only for the fact that it said same day if ordered by a certain time. It wasn't the same day but it was the next. If it wasn't for that, all was perfect. Thanks You Flowers, Mom was very happy with her arrangement.
The flowers turned out really nice I think they looked a little different then what they were online though and I also think that the price could have been a little lower then what it was but overall I had a very good experience and my flowers were received on time

I've been struggling to find a decent website to send flowers from UK. Finally found yours. Happy so far.
I had paid for the four hour delivery time, otherwise I probably wouldn't have purchased them at all. They ended up getting delivered 3 hours late, and just in time before the office closed. The Customer Service rep was very friendly and helpful, but I was told I would be getting a call from her at a particular time to confirm where things stood and I never got that. The flowers got their just in time, and did look nice.
I am ordering from the UK and it was a little difficult to navigate providing my address because your system assumes a USA address.
