I was pleased with how the customer service called and left a message on informing they were only able to complete part of my order. I returned the phone call and spoke with one of your customer service rep. And they explained may order would send note of apology also upgrade my order i thought that was very nice the second part of my order was delivery the following day as promised plus it was upgraded.

Terrible company. I ordered flowers for same day delivery, and when ordering that, the flowers can be delivered from 9am to 6pm. They called me at 5pm and they told me they could not deliver them. I needed the flowers that day and that day only. They failed at delivering them, so I asked for my money back. I am STILL waiting for them to give me my money back. Not acceptable.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
