I would have liked an email about when they were delivered. My aunt was out of town so I had to get a neighbor to pu the flowers. If you have emailed me with a "delivered at 5:45pm" then it would have made it ALOT easier to remedy for the neighbor to pu rather than checking her door every 30 mins. My aunt did really like the flowers, but not sure I'd send them again since it was kind of iffy if they got there or not.
I have used From You Flowers in the past, love the flower options and fast service. These were for my Mother, she said they were absolutely beautiful and fresh, the freshest flowers she has ever gotten.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
