I ordered from this company because they offered same day delivery. It was important to have same day delivery. I did not get same day delivery. Instead, I received a message that my order would be delivered the next day. I tried to call and cancel twice but could not get through. The order was delivered without my approval a day later.

I chose this vendor for my daughters birthday flowers, after I reviewed positive reviews! I had no problem paying extra for same day delivery & even paid the expedited fee! I was so stressed out waiting for my daughter to call after receiving her flowers, that I tracked it with no confirmation all day! I emailed the customer service x 2 and called also! At 4:30 in the afternoon I finally learned my flowers of which were meant for my attorney daughter on her birthday and delivered to the law firm she works at - wasn't going to happen! I was so upset as this was her big 30th birthday! Some how the local florist didn't see the order until too late to deliver! I was so upset & angry., as my Dtr received flowers from her law firm & her boyfriend but NOT from her mother! The only pleasant experience was the customer care woman who was so kind & understood my frustration. Offering to add a apology card!" Flowers were finally delivered today a day late but at least she has them now!
Flowers didn't even look remotely close to what I thought I was ordering - extremely disappointed! - would never use this service again. I paid for a birthday balloon and that didn't arrive either. Don't use this website to send flowers to anyone! Paid way too much for what was delivered to my Mom for her Birthday.

Do not really care for the magazine subscription at the end of order, should be able to check if you Want the magazine not check if you don't.
Picture showed blue flowers as it was for a boy baby shower-no blue flowers but purple. Kind of took away from the theme, but still very beautiful!
The arrangement was terrible. I would be happy to send you the picture my daughter sent to me. Looks nothing like your photo.
