The reason I gave 1 star to using this service again is because the "handling charge" you dont mention until the very end. I could have purchased from another website for the same or cheaper. I just feel like I was tricked into that service charge making the flowers a little more than I expected to pay.

She sent me a picture of the flowers received but they did not look like those I ordered in the picture.

You should put the $14.95 service charge up front, be upfront about it.
