Your service fee was hidden at the very last line. Knowledge of the amount of your fee would have caused me to research my purchase further. I hope your flowers and service justify the cost.
Offered a pretty pain free way of ordering some last minute flowers
The card on the flowers was faded in ink, and not very new looking.
The web site is very easy to navigate and place orders. Flowers were send in 4 hours as I requested and paid for and recipient was very pleased the the bouquet. Will use again.

The funeral flowers were hours late after I had paid extra for a delivery before 12pm "guaranteed." They came DURING the service and were delivered by a man who looked like he was homeless. He disturbed the service for my father and was dirty, unkempt and disheveled looking.
Delivered quickly
It was quick and easy just the shipping charge is ridiculous. And I know the picture that I pick can be different but the flowers were a lot different to me.
I wish the handling charges could be included or at least approximated with the price of the flowers so you could gauge the real cost while browsing.
