Easy to use web site beautiful selection of flowers at reasonable prices. I wanted the flowers delivered on Sunday because it was my daughters birthday. You told me there were no florists that would deliver on that day. I know for a fact that there are several florists in Billings, Mt. That do deliver on Sunday. You are priced a bit higher than the other delivery service I use. But the flowers and balloons were beautiful. My daughter loved them.

There was a misspelling with my name and my mom was not even sure who sent them.
The flower arrangement that I ordered was different than the arrangement that arrived at the house and extra greens were stuffed into the vase to make the thin arrangement look fuller. The balloons I ordered to go with the flowers were not brightly colored and looked pale compared to the flowers.
This is the first time I ever ordered from you. I was very happy with how easy it was to order and how quickly my order was delivered. I will be ordering from you again.

The bouquet was not delivered the same day as promised. I'm a bit disappointed.
I wasn't expecting the flowers to come from my local grocery store. I paid probably twice as much. I could have just drove there myself to get them for half the price. Lesson learned

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
