Time is very important in any thing. I paid extra fee to be delivered before noon but that doesn't happen. My advice to you is simple: be time sensitive. Still it is good that my wife received it but it would have been excellent if she was received it during the intended time frame. I hope you will correct it in the future. Easy experience and free shipping offer...After seeing a pic of the flowers I ordered I don't feel it came with as many flowers or all the flower types in the arrangement I selected. I paid extra for a bigger arrangement but don't think what I got was worth $50. So I guess that comes down to what ever florist filled the order? I am not sure where they came from

Really the bouquet was beautiful but was not the colors of pink and white ordered and balloons were blue not purple! My granddaughter was thrilled so that was all that mattered! Would still use this site again!

It's fast and easy! Great selection. I paid for next day shipping a didn't get them even close to the promised time. It ruined my plans I had set up for my girlfriend. Same thing happened to my dad last week. All and all you guys stayed on it and got them to her. But I could deffenitely tell the flowers were just thrown together and rushed. I purchased some last month and they were perfect, this time I wasn't happy with the service!
