A bit of miscommunication about delivery time. We were told it would be delivered first thing in the morning and it came at 2 which sent us tracking but worked out ok. We ordered the largest basket and did expect it to look like the ad which it did not. A bit disappointing to us as the senders but the receiptients said it was perfect.

I would like to have had the option to request morning or afternoon delivery. I found it frustrating not to be able to request that. I guess I should've picked the actual flowers to send. I previously had wonderful experience with florists when I specified florist pick. I was disappointed that the colors were so dark and the balloon colors I guess aren't what I was picturing. This was for my daughter after surgery that I was miles away for and was looking for a bright pick me up feeling. However, in the picture they text me the flowers look fresh. I guess maybe I should've called and specified but I had no idea either where the flowers were being sent from. I always had such good luck with Dillons here and was thinking it would be the Kroegers by her neighborhood. I will do something differently next time.
I am a little dissatisfied with this purchase. I paid extra for delivery before noon? And I am not sure that what I ordered was what was delivered. I paid $72.99 for a few flowers, vase, balloon. I know the extra fee was to have it delivered before noon, I am not sure it was delivered. And what was delivered really doesn't look like the picture that I ordered.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE your service and so far other than this you are always on the job.
Apparently the first delivery was sent to the wrong hospital room. When I followed up, customer service was great, they did find out what happened and corrected it immediately. I'm also not sure I received what I paid for - I was billed $49.99, which is the Premium level of the item I selected, but from what I understand, the young girl to whom the item was delivered received a fairly small bear. Overall, the customer service from fromyouflowers was very good. Not so sure about the florist that handled the actual order.

Shopping experience was good. Simple order process. But the real satisfaction came from the phone call from my 81 year old grandma when she received her flowers. She was thrilled to tears. They were so beautiful and fresh. And looked exactly like the photo. Thank you!
Paid extra for expedited delivery and flowers did not arrive until 1:15 as opposed to the guarentee time of 'before noon'. They did arrive and my daughter loved them.

I really can't comment on the arrangements I ordered as one was being shipped for today and the other one is not until the 21st. I won't get to see them, hopefully they will be happy with them. I'm sure they will let me know, the pictures are lovely. The problem I had was placing the order, took 3 times filling out the same questions before I could check out. That was my main complaint.
Each recipient stated that the flowers were beautiful, and the deliver was as promised..
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
