Love the same day option!
I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter in OH, at work for her birthday, and they were delivered as ordered and on time. The picture she sent me looked as they did online.

Got what I paid for in a timely manner
I went with the midrange bouquet size in the style I selected and it was so sparse compared to the picture it is ridiculous. I expected the overall height and size of the bouquet to be effected by the medium size but I did not expect the sparseness. There are large gaps between the blooms that you can see all the way through the arrangement unobstructed. That is a huge disappointment compared to the closely arranged, bloom dense picture on the site.
I ordered the flowers right before 2PM and they were delivered by 5 PM. Awesome!

Your company could not find a provider to deliver the flowers ordered within the specified time frame. The flowers were delivered the next day and I was refunded the expedite and same day delivery fees that I paid.

I paid extra for the basket to be delivered within 4 hours which should have been by 1pm but it wasn't delivered until after 5pm. The company should refund me the expedited delivery charge.

I ordered the Zen garden. Not one flower on the website was included in the arrangement. The order was clearly for a man, but the colors sent were pink and lavender. FFY has agreed to remake the order and re deliver one day past his birthday. Very disappointing!

This arrangement (fruit and candy) was a birthday present for someone, therefore I did not see the arrangement. However, the receiver was very happy with the arrangement and she said all the candies and fruit she like was in the basket. She was very pleased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
