All was fine, lets see how the flowers are. The flowers were very nice and she loved them. They were not the colors or arrangement in the pictures but the flowers were nice so that was fine.

Took advantage of the free delivery for life! Customer service with you guys is exceptional!
Except for one thing. I had a complaint and the service rep said she would email me a $15 off coupon... AND NEVER DID. I have always gotten exceptional customer service until this.

Very friendly to setup, a great same day delivery option and a choice of ways to customize your chosen gifts.

I bought some flowers for a friend of mine in the U.S. and when I was placing the order I had to enter the zip code, this brought up a handy local time clock and how long left for same day delivery to that code.

Well done, first rate service, I even had email notification when the flowers were delivered to the recipients house.

Just checked with her and she totally loves them, thank you all for making my friends birthday extra special.
