I wish shipping was cheaper
I was very very disappointed with my purchase. I paid for a premium rock garden with plants and at best it was worth $35. These were for my best friend who had lost her mother. Not a happy camper!

Delivery charge was expensive. Although I ordered it the same day at 10 am, I really wished it came arrived earlier and not at 4 pm. Also the cost of the arrangement was at least twice what you would have paid in the store. But I guess you pay for the convenience. The arrangement and flowers were really nice and perfectly bloomed. The recipient was happy so that is what matters. The site was easy to use and I am a satisfied customer. I will be using this company again.
My flowers were not delivered despite receiving an email stating that they had been. The following day from you flowers promised to send out an "upgraded" bouquet but when it came it was barely the bouquet that I had ordered let alone an upgrade. When I emailed them my dissatisfaction and said I would no longer use their site they sent me a $20 coupon. That doesn't make it right. I will not use them in the future, even with the coupon.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. My mother's dog passed away yesterday, and we ordered a flowering plant to be delivered to her before noon today to try and bring some brightness after a hard day. My husband was on a business trip, but agreed to order the plant for me so that I didn't have to deal with it. We paid the extra fee to have it delivered before noon. At 11:45 today, they called us to tell us the florist didn't have that plant, or any other flowering plant, but that they might could send a green plant or have something delivered Tuesday. Needless to say we canceled the order. After a great deal further research, we were unable to find anyone able to deliver a flowering plant today, so I attempted to call and find out if, should we order a plant to be delivered Tuesday, they could guarantee that it would be delivered. DESPITE the fact that I had all of the recipient's information and my husband's information, they wouldn't tell me anything to do with a COMPLETELY NEW ORDER because my husband had ordered the flowers last night. I literally said to the woman on the phone, "So if I want to make a completely different order today, you can't tell me about delivery times because my husband ordered a plant yesterday?" And her answer was yes. What? Don't bother with these crazies.

It took a couple tries on the computer. Kept going back to beginning. Didn't order deluxe, but that's what I ended up paying for and came up that way on the end.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
