I ordered the premium & received the basic. Very disappointed. Don't know that I will ever order from here again. I called & she only wanted to give me a 20% discount but that didn't equal the basic price. So she gave me the refund from the premium to the basic. My son loves pineapple & that was the main reason I ordered the premium.

Easy website to use. Prices were good. The flowers were delivered on time, but looked nothing like the picture online. I picked a bouquet with sunflowers and pink tulips with purples and greens mixed in. What my mom received was red and white carnations and daisies. She enjoyed receiving flowers but I am disappointed in the order.

Ordering was easy and quick There is a beautiful selection,
I ordered the blue and white sympathy floor basket. Although the basket was very pretty and the flowers were very fresh, I was disappointed. I specifically wanted blue and white-the flowers were purple and white. Also the photo showed a nice blue bow. My arrangement did not have this bow.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
