The timeliness of the order and quality were great for the price, but your shipping and handling are a bit exorbitant to what I am used to. A $30. Something arrangement comes out closer to $60. When all is said and done.
VERY EASY SITE.
The flowers I ordered were received in the a.m. as requested. My sister was very pleased with her floral arrangement and said they were very pretty. The flowers she received were very close to the arrangement I saw online. In the future I will order again from this site.
Price was a bit high after all charges were added. I would be more likely to order again if you can send me coopuns...

My order was NOT delivered the same day (Friday) - as requested. It was delivered only Saturday afternoon, after I was called by customer service as a follow up to my e-mail question whether it was delivered on time (as I have not heard back from the recipient, as I expected I would have) - and I requested delivery as soon as possible.
However, the flowers were nice, and customer service was very curteous.

Easy, quick delivery
I was disappointed that my original order was not filled on the date scheduled. I was told I would receive an upgraded order bc my flowers were not delivered when they were supposed to have been. I was also told that the flowers that were pictured ONLINE would be the flowers/colors as in the picture advertised. The pictured flowers were blue/yellow. The ones received were orange/purple and if that bouquet was upgraded from the original I can't imagine how small the original arrangement would have been. The customer service was exceptional. The ladies I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond... but the selection of florists used was poor. It's doubtful that I would use a third party service like this again.

Great prices and easy to maneuver. HOWEVER! The flowers were not like the flowers pictured. There was absolutely no red and that's why I chose that bouquet because it had red!
