I ordered the flowers on the 18th and they were suppost to be delivered on the 20th. I got a call and they were delivered on the 18th. Not a big deal but they were delivered early for a birthday.

So far i am very happy. Granted I ordered from across the pond, so I won't get to actually see the flowers but I am a big fan of the delivery email. A place to add a preferred delivery time would be nice to add.

We had these flowers sent to a relative in the hospital. We were not able to visit her so we just had to trust that the flowers would arrive as pictured and when promised. We were very happy to hear from other family members that the patient LOVED the flowers that came. She said they're so fragrant, everyone thinks she's wearing perfume. We're very, very happy that we ordered from this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I honestly hope the flowers are what I bought, usually they are not, but your site is very user friendly.
I wish there was a way to see what is actually delivered. I know nine times out of 10 it is not exactly what I ordered the florist decides. So it would be nice to know what is actually delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
