It will depend on delivery and quality of flowers to make 5 star and comment on experience. Thank you
I paid extra for by 12pm delivery, the flowers arrived over 2 hours late, when I addressed this with delivery person, she said "that aint my problem, contact where you ordered them from".

The flowers where fresh but not colorful as the picture portrayed. Delivery was not reliable and rude delivery person.

However, it was good that receiver was still in the building when they arrived.

First order placed. Easy to do and like the discount.

They did not meet my requested delivery time but when I notified them, they promptly and pleasantly said they would refund the $4.99 I had paid for 'before noon' delivery.

Let's find out the quality and delivery :) I selected and paid for delivery in the morning but they were not delivered until the afternoon also there far fewer roses in the arrangement than I expected.

I could not be more disappointed

I could not be more disappointed. I ordered flowers for my mother's 75th birthday before noon on Friday. The purchase process included a delivery address confirmation so I was comfortable that all was well. I got a call about 7 pm the same day (after it was too late to order from another company) and was told that what I ordered could not be delivered on Saturday, but there were substitution items. I was upset, but did chose one of 3 items offered as a substitute. On Saturday I recieved another call telling me the flowers would not be delivered until "Monday or Tuesday". I was extremely upset and cancelled the order. I have used 800-Flowers and Pro-Flowers with success in the past sending Mother's Day and other special occasion gifts to the same address and will never ever use FromyouFlowers again. I highly discourage anyone else from doing so. There is no excuse for the poor service provided in this transaction. Given the level of the technology available today there is no reason the delivery area conflict could have not have been identified and addressed in real time.

Asked for Sunday delivery - site did not state that they only deliver Mon-Sat. Only ordered these because of a scam that led me on a wild goose chase to win a free iPad. Very dissatisfied with the sneaky way this all occurred and the early delivery of helium balloons.

The picture of the order I placed, looked nothing like the flowers that were actually delivered. The 14.99 handling charges should be noted BEFORE you place an order, instead of during billing.
