I was a little disappointed in the flowers, in the picture the arrangement looked full and big, then when it arrived it was very puny and kind of depressing. The ones I ordered earlier this month definitely met my needs and looked just like the picture. But this one just looked thrown together at the last minute.
I ordered flowers for my mother's 85th birthday - three days ahead of time so there's no excuse. They didn't show on her birthday - or the next day. No call, no note - nothing. I called From You Flowers and they tried to call the florist to which it was assigned and they had "gone for the day" (right). From You Flowers called the next day and said they still hadn't heard anything from the florist so they would cancel it and assign it to another one and send them today. Really - 3 days after her birthday? She offered a whopping 10% off. I actually got angrier and angrier as we spoke - it was like she was reading from a prepared talk and her "I do apologize m'am" sounded bored and flat, and I could picture her rolling her eyes. I cancelled the order and will NEVER do business with them again.

I found out last minute that one of my processors had a birthday the very next day and I panicked. I wanted to send flowers (something really nice) for her special day and I was worried I would not get a next day delivery. This site surprised me in every way- the flowers got there the next day AND were beautiful! She loved them. Thank you

Ordering was easy
Confused why I received anemail asking me to confirm the order was delivered instead of receiving an email from 'fromyouflowers.com' confirming they delivered my order as promised.
Since I am the sender I don't know the quality of the product received.
I came here and got to a certain point in the ordering process and then quit. I received an email shortly thereafter with a better offer from this site. Why wouldn't you give a customer the best offer available from the get go?
My order was $35 total and would have been $50 had I not gotten free delivery. The bouquet my wife received was not a $35 bouquet. It was quite small. I worked around a flower shop for 10 years and I know what a $35 bouquet should look like. This looked more like a $20-$25 bouquet. I won't be shopping here again. I've had better luck going local.
My mother said the flowers were very nice but not as lovely as the last bouquet I'd sent.
My recipient of the Birthday cake flowers was very excited. She said it was the most beautiful thing she has seen. The flowers I order always arrive in a timely manner and in great shape :)

It took 3 attempts to get the order to go through as we tried to order online but the flowers were Beautiful and the delivery person went beyond being Excellent!
There wasn't as many flowers in the arrangement as the picture on the website.
Flowers received we're not fully bloomed, however the delivery man was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered. I was more impressed with the service than the product.
Flowers were delivered on the date specified. My niece enjoyed them very much. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this site to others.
Need to put deadline for same day ordering. And no need in asking for recipients phone number if florist isnt going to call
Ordered 2 days before a wake. Could not get confirmation that my order arrived at the funeral home. Was there when I arrived but very small arrangement for $62.00. Also mostly white flowers not what was shown in the picture
