I ordered flowers to send to my boyfriends family when his grandmother passed away. The picture of the flowers I ordered were beautiful. The flowers that were actually delivered in a photo sent to me was not that great. I will say the delivery was extremely quick and they do not live in the city so options may have been limited. Also the arrangement I picked out had a lot of pretty white alstroemerias and the one that was delivered was filled with daisies which I am not sure I would want for a wake or funeral. Overall assuming the location of delivery was what made the arrangement disappointed the price and quickness of fromyouflowers was good.

I PAID FOR A RUSH DELIVERY. IT SAID WITHIN 4 HOURS THAT I PLACED THE ORDER THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED. AND THE FLOWERS DID NOT ARRIVE TILL WELL OVER 8 HOURS.

The flowers were beautiful and as always, on time. Your delivery person had to phone the recipient to ensure proper delivery and that was truly appreciated. It happens that the visiting person answering the door did not know the recipient by her formal name, and we joked about it later. Thanks for your excellence.

More than 1 email sent. More than 1 phone call made. Lots of mixups. Not delivered same day. Took several calls to get it delivered next day. Info "lost" even though the day ordered all info was confirmed per phone on local end. Person received says the flowers are beautiful. Happy about that but a day late and $2.00 short. No, will not order again or refer.

Having plans to attend a baseball game in the evening, I knew we would not have time to celebrate my husband's birthday. In the morning, I thought that I should have had ordered flowers as a surprise... decided to check the internet for a last minute possibility. "From You Flowers" made the impossible - possible, order process was easy and pricing very affordable. Same Day delivery was an excellent option as well! My husband received his birthday flowers at work that day, stated that the colorful arrangement was fragrant and stunning. He was both surprised and elated with his floral delivery which makes me thrilled...and the flowers made it a full day of celebration. Thank you for everything. I will recommend "From You Flowers" to my family, friends and co-workers.
The flowers were delivered before noon on a hot day and no one was home. The flowers were left on the porch (in shade). I called to talk to customer service and was finally connected to an agent. I said that if the flowers were not in decent shape I would call back. Fortunately, the flowers were still viable when the recipient arrived home so no further action is necessary. She had a dr. appointment and we gave her phone number to call before delivery, but when she returned she found the flowers and was very pleased with them.
