I started checking out & paid,then I saw the handling charge for $14.99?
Well, needless to say I was so upset.I had 10 minutes to cancel which I did.
I placed another order pressing the green button this time.
And continued to check out.Unbelievably,there again was $14.99 handling charge?
It seems the flowers I choose were being delivered,not the same day as I selected but in 2 days,
Hence, the second $14.99 handling charge. AFTER I REVIEWED THESE CHARGES,
I contacted Customer Service and they were wonderful.They resolved it in a minute to my complete satisfaction.IT WAS A PLEASURE AFTER ALL!

I've ordered fromyouflowers before and had good luck. No so much this time.
Order could not be delivered on time and I received a call from customer service letting me know this, which was good business. Since the order was delivered a day late customer service promised extra flowers in the arrangement and removed the same day delivery fee. I'm sorry, but if they added extra flowers then they must have blown out on the way for delivery. For $54 I'll go to Walmart and get 6 times the amount of flowers and make the arrangement myself next time. Lesson learned

The Alaska minimum order was annoying and after the additional charges I spent more than 25 bucks more than I wanted to next time I will only order over the phone
I was satisfied with my order, there was a little hitch with the billing and customer service got it taken care of and the delivery made. I would use them again.
Wish you were more upfront with the extra handling charges, rather than waiting for the last minute to spring them on you.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
