My name is Diane Wiseman 7523 Sanibel Blvd Fort Myers Florida 33*******063. My sister in New Jersey got the flowers yesterday and they were awful. I paid for premium upgrade, wonder what regular looks like? My sister s birthday is today and I wanted to give beautiful sunflowers, she has just been through breast cancer and just finished chemo now on radiation I wanted to brighten up her birthday and this is what she gets. Very heart broken.

So far so good. It arrived longer that 4 hours, but not too much.
I selected before 5:00 pm delivery for the flowers to arrive because of the special circumstances that I needed the flowers to be delivered. It was 7:30 PM before they arrived from UPS. The website does not specify that even though it says before 5:00 PM it is at the whim of UPS if selected that method. Due to that the flowers arrived when no one was home and were left outside in 95 degree heat for several hours. Customer care when contacted were courteous as they helped me but there was nothing they could do. They did provide a discount for a future purchase. I most likely will not use this service again unfortunately.

I'm so angry. I ordered a huge flower spread for my grandmothers funeral over the phone. Giving them well over 24 hrs notice. The costumer service rep barely spoke English. I never got my order confirmation by email so right away I knew the was something wrong. I called the next day to find out what happened and if my grandmothers flowers would be on time. I spoke with a girl that said the initial CSR Ahas spelled my name wrong in my email address (how you spell COOPER wrong is beyond me) but that's why i never got email confirmation and she would follow up with me when the florist opened at 9am. At 20 mins after nine the CSR still had not called me back... so I called back and thank God I did because after a lengthy hold, surprised surprise the florist didn't even get the order so needless to say the flowers would not arrive on time. The customer service agent asked if he could give me a 20% discount on my next order. I was like as if I'd ever order from you idiots again. You have one stupid job to do. Type in an order and make sure it's processed. I will never ever use this company again. How do you fail at sending flowers to a funeral? Next to weddings, funerals have to be the bread and butter for a florist. Angry is an understatement. Do not use this company. They are hit and miss. If it's important... don't do it!
So not only did they not expidite my order which I paid for, but they never even delivered then that day. So much for the suprise too. They were supposed to be delivered to her work, but instead they called her cell 3 hours late to delivery, and told her they world deliver sometime late that day or tomorrow.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
