The order was not delivered within the 4 hour expedited time frame that I paid for. However, I was advised I would be refunded that cost. The order confirmation was received at 9:30 am and the order delivery confirmation was received at 4:30 pm. They were actually delivered at 4:15 pm as my son texted me when they were delivered.

However, the flowers that were delivered, were to me, quite different from the Rose & Lily celebration pictured on your website. The pinks and purples were deeper with color and Popped out. Although they were lovely they were not the ones I fell in love with on your website.
I think that the pictures should by all means, depict what you truly are selling to your customers because this is exactly what keeps the customers coming back for more, time after time.
So on one hand I am disappointed, on the other hand, well... I am just ok because my daughter was happy with what she had received because she did not see the picture I was looking at when I choose those certain flowers, from your website.
I am writing to you, not to gain anything from you. I am only notifying you so that in this near future your website can do a much better job in depicting exactly what the customer can expect to have delivered to them. With so many many competitors out there, you should want to do better than the next competitor so you do become the one flower company most sought after in flowers and more!

Our south african friends have just relocated to hudson ohio and we wanted to let them know that we are thinking of them from afar...your site made it sooooo easy, and i found it slightly cheaper than other sited...our thoughts after our friends received the flowers-the ordering process was made super easy and conveinient. Your site also has fewer "surprise" add-on's by the time you make it to the final amount. The delivery was also spot on. But, and i suppose it's a big BUT, although our friends werfe very happy about the surprise delivery of lovely flowers, i was dissapointed with the flowers myself as in my eyes they were not really anything like they were presented in the photo i based my decision on.
I ordered 3 pink balloons with my order - received one and charged for three... upgraded to the best basket of candy and recieved something less...not worth $80.00... feel like I was ripped off. Disgusted 85 year old Grandpa
You really make this easy, I have used your service many times and the recipient is always thrilled to get the flowers. I was a little surprised this time I was told that the $10 "box" of candy I ordered was actually a candy bar instead, but she raved about how good it was so I guess I can't complain. This was the first time I ordered same day service and it got there on time. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend your service to my friends.
