The online experience was good. (Easier than your competition). The personal follow up from the florist was excellent. This was a last minute order to be delivered Sunday morning and it was executed on time. The flowers looked pretty good but the overall bouquet could have been better in my opinion. Didn't really look like what was promised. The larger purple flowers were replaced by a very few skimpy small ones and the overall look of the bouquet was not there. It kind of looked like a small bunch of pre-packaged supermarket flowers. High marks for customer service, low marks for presentation. Maybe with more time they would've done better.
Today I went to the Funeral for my friend, the flowers were nice but they misspelled our last name :/, which is not the end of the world, however I paid extra for that banner just to show the wrong spelling really?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
