The arrangement was not in any way as on the website, look cheap, and only a few roses. Something I could have done better myself by just spending $20. After paying $60+ I was expecting something much better.
The flowers were very nice but I would have liked a different assortment of colors then what was received. The colors that were received were mostly pink and red, along with one yellow and one white rose.

Best Value for online floral purchasing that I've found! I've looked elsewhere but always find you deliver quality flowers at a good price.
I was surprised by the final price. I was not aware of the service/handling fee on both items until check out. I ordered two of the deluxe flower arrangements, but was disappointed by the small size of them. I would recommend having a picture of what each size looks like so the customer is not caught off guard. If I had known what it looked like, I would have chosen one large arranangement instead of these two mid-size ones for close to the same cost.
Flowers arrived and were much appeciated so I assume they looked ok.
The flowers were in good condition with no problems; no complaints regarding my purchase. I got lucky and UPS was able to get my order to me earlier in the morning rather than in the afternoon. Very pleased.

The delivery was not made on the 7th. The door hanger was not on the door. The next day we were called for delivery. A call to me on the day of delivery would have facilitated the on time delivery.
Website is super easy to use! The arrangement was very beautiful and perfect welcome for a new baby girl. However, it's only been 4 days and the roses are wilting. I wish they would have lasted longer.
The delivery person did not place the flowers on the recipients address door, they gave it to the neighbors, come on really is that a policy? Why would they give to the neighbors I left a phone on the order and it is a house not an apartment or business, a house with a front door and a front yard and a mail box on the front door? Please this is ridiculous, if I wanted to buy flowers for the neighbor I would put their address instead of anyone else.
The prices are fair but the delivery service is not worth the hassle.

Selecting the arrangement was quick and efficient!
This is the third time I've used fromyouflowers.com, and each time I have been pleased with the delivery and the item delivered. It's nice to sit at my desk and order flowers/fruit baskets and know that they will be delivered and make someone smile!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
