The arrangement they delivered did not look anything at all like the one advertised. Their customer service team's response was only that individual florists reserve the right to make changes for a quick delivery. I asked them how far ahead of time I would have to order to get exactly was was pictured and their response was the same that similar flowers and containers could always be substituted.

The arrangement was not in any way as on the website, look cheap, and only a few roses. Something I could have done better myself by just spending $20. After paying $60+ I was expecting something much better.
The flowers were very nice but I would have liked a different assortment of colors then what was received. The colors that were received were mostly pink and red, along with one yellow and one white rose.
