I always use You Flowers and only once did I have a complaint which was immediately rectified to my satisfaction. The flowers I sent to my daughter yesterday arrived on time, and her comment was she thinks they're 'awesome'. The only thing that would make the shopping experience better on their great website is a little lower delivery charge!
