Didn't have what I actually wanted, so I was disappointed. Hopefully she'll like what I got...& what she received look like dying WHITE roses, not purple...I'm ashamed & embarrassed...& I spent $$ on flowers that look dead? ESPECIALLY for a very special sister that has been confined since pandemic started?
I am so very hurt, disappointed & flat out embarrassed. I'm an essential worker, nurse, & feel I just threw $$ down the drain.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
