So far so good just have to see if flowers arrive and in what condition. Flower were premium but we're not as pretty as I would imagine. Time wise, flowers where delivered about 10 min before 12. Over all not all that happy with the flowes
Paid for the shipment to arrive by 12pm however the flowers didn't arrive until 4:30pm and they looked like they were just thrown together quickly. I'm supposed to receive a credit for $4.99 but have yet to see that. Not sure if I will order from them again or not. The fist experience was wonderful! This one however was very frustrating.

IT WAS VERY CONVENIENT. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE HIDDEN DELIVERY FEE SO I COULDN'T GET THIS ON A SPEEDY DELIVERY AND BECAUSE I WAS LIMITED ON MY VISA CARD I WAS UNABLE TO GET THE FLOWERS I REALLY WANTED.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
