Perfect Last minute gifts
I spent over $70 for wilted sunflowers and a horrible delivery time. I could have just picked up flowers for her on my way home and saved myself the money and frustration of trying to surprise her and being let down a second time by the local provider you use. I doubt I will use your service again. Which is sad because I was hoping it would be a different experience.
Flowers were very pretty and fresh! Smaller than I though for a standard bouquet but looked good..
Reasonable price
This was my first time using this flower site. It was easy to order. My friend got the flowers on time. She sent a picture and they looked great. Most importantly, she seemed pretty happy. =)
It's probably not the websites fault for quality of product but I paid for the premium upgraded version and received sub par product nothing like the picture online.
The "shipping and handling" fee is ridiculous. It's almost half of the cost of the flowers. Granted, I haven't ordered flowers online in a while...this just confirms why I haven't.

Fairly priced.14.99 handling charge was a shock. Wish they told you up front. I paid extra for 4 hour delivery and was not delivered with in that 4 hours. It was delivered within 5 hours but that's not what I paid for. I'm not going to call and argue over $5 and 30-45 minutes late, I'm just letting you know. If you're going to charge a customer for certain delivery time make sure you tell your florist that.

I expected the order to be delivered within a four hour window after the order placement but the delivery came much later than expected.
It's nice that this site doesn't have so many hidden fees that make the flowers much more expensive than the list price
The flowers were dead and looked nothing like the picture on the website. I'm embarrassed to know that those flowers were sent from me to a friend.

Sometimes it is hard ordering flowers from a picture but I was very pleased with the plant basket I ordered. It was delivered on time at the funeral home and although it wasn't exactly as the picture, it was very pretty and a good size. I definitely recommend fromyouflowers.com! Thank you so much!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
