I paid the additional $5 so that the flowers would be delivered before noon. I called at 2:00 to inquire as to when the flowers would be delivered. I was placed on hold for a few minutes, and then was told that they were unable to reach the delivery person. The flowers were finally delivered at 3:30. The shopping experience was easy, and she seems to enjoy the flowers. However, I felt like the price was pretty high, and the late delivery time didn't help.
